What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM smartwatches?

We work with three MOQ tiers. White-label starts at 300 pcs for smart wearable jewelry and 500 pcs for smart rings, ECG smartwatches and 4G smartwatches. OEM custom branding starts at 1,000 units for smartwatches (2,000 for smart bands and TWS earbuds, 1,000 for AI smart glasses, 500 for smart rings). ODM full custom development starts at 3,000 units. Logo-only engraving is available from 100 pcs.

Which certifications does the factory hold?

We hold 8 self-owned certifications: ISO 9001:2015, CE (RED), FCC Part 15, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, CA Prop 65 and GCC. FDA 510(k), EU MDR and ISO 13485 are assist-customer services only; we do not hold these certificates ourselves. Bluetooth SIG/BQB is not claimed as a factory-held certification.

How long do samples and mass production take?

Standard samples take 10–15 days, with a 7-day rush option. White-label mass production takes 15–25 days. OEM first orders take 45–60 days including prototyping and certification, and OEM repeat orders take 30–45 days. ODM projects take 45–60 days, and up to 90 days for complex hardware.

How do you control quality and what is your defect rate?

Every batch passes a 4-step QC process: functional testing, screen inspection, 48-hour battery aging and waterproof pressure testing. Our standard mass-production defect rate is below 0.3%, compared with a typical industry range of 2–5%. Our best single verified order reached 0.12%, which is not presented as the standard rate.

Can you customize firmware, watch faces and the companion app?

Yes. Our 70+ R&D engineers handle firmware, UI/UX, custom boot logos, watch faces, health algorithm tuning and white-label companion apps. Hardware changes such as PCB layout, sensors, casing and molds are handled under ODM projects.

Who owns the intellectual property of a custom project?

100% of the IP for custom designs, molds and app assets belongs to the client. We sign an NDA before technical discussions and never resell or replicate client designs.

Do you ship worldwide and support Amazon FBA?

Yes. We export to 50+ countries under FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW terms. Our Amazon FBA DDP service covers the US, EU, UK, Japan and Australia, including FBA prep, labeling and customs clearance, with typical transit of 10–18 days.

What is the difference between white-label, OEM and ODM?

White-label adds your logo and packaging to a proven existing model. OEM adds custom branding, packaging and software on an existing hardware platform. ODM is full custom development including hardware, PCB, molds and exclusive functions, with 100% IP ownership for the client.

Are your smart wearables medical devices?

No. Our wearables are consumer wellness devices. Health data is for reference only and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment. ECG models can flag irregular rhythms as an early indication but cannot detect a heart attack. For medical-grade programs, our compliance team supports clients with test reports and registration documentation.

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

All products carry a 12-month manufacturer quality warranty, plus spare parts supply, multi-language technical documentation and a dedicated after-sales team. Buyers in the EEA, UK and Switzerland also benefit from the 2-year statutory consumer guarantee required by local law.
